Nija is pure pay-as-you-go. You hold a prepaid balance of credits (think of it as AI airtime) and pay only for what you use, metered per token, per model.

How it's priced

Nija takes its margin once, when you buy credits. After that, every request is metered at the model's upstream cost, in credits, with no per-request markup. No subscriptions, no minimums. How many credits your local currency buys, by date, is published on the rate card.

Native African models

Native African models are billed the same way and offer a true in-region data-residency guarantee. Every one of them is marked "Coming soon" today: none is servable yet, and a request for one is declined while we bring hosting online.

Top up with a store voucher: buy one at a Nija partner store and redeem its PIN in your account. Or top up from $5 in USDT (TRC-20) through NOWPayments; crypto payments are final.
