Terms of Service

By using Nija you agree to these terms. Nija is a pay-as-you-go gateway that resells third-party model inference plus native African models, with a transparent markup on upstream cost.

Payments

Credits are purchased with a Nija store voucher PIN or in USDT (NOWPayments); the top-up page shows the methods live for your currency. Every credit purchase is final and non-refundable: a confirmed crypto payment is not reversed, and voucher value is not exchangeable for cash once the voucher is redeemed. This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act. Usage is metered per token and debited from your balance.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nija for unlawful purposes or to violate the usage policies of the upstream providers you route to.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Nija is not liable for upstream provider outages or model output.
